Old thinking: TAKES - USES – DUMPS, where we take from the environment without respect for nature, then use, exploit and then dump without consideration of the consequences, polluting the very source of our gain. However, there is a new way of thinking that: GROWS – USES – RETURNS, a cycle where we take renewable sustainable resources, use intelligent design to make products fit for purpose, then after use return them to the earth from where they came. A ‘Circular Economy’, where we unmake what we make. This transition from ‘Linear’ to a ‘Circular Economy’ is part of the inspiration behind Friendlypak and is making zero waste possible.

We want to be ‘financially’, ‘socially’ and ‘environmentally’ responsible; ‘Triple Bottom Line Accountability’ (Profit, People and Planet). Founded in 2002 Friendlypak has been pioneering improvement with compostable products that are genuine, contain renewable resources, grown and manufactured sustainably, enabling reduced dependence on oil. They contain no toxic or harmful ingredients and have a superior TLCA (total life cycle analysis). They also have a reduced environmental footprint, are low carbon, traded fairly and produced without exploitation or harm to people or animals.

We specialise in fragile item mail order protection and food service-ware, ideal for events, transport, hospitality, catering and the new health and safety requirements raised by Covid-19. We supply government, business and consumer markets, who are looking to:
