My Bowel Health

My Bowel Health provides workplace wellbeing sessions aiming to encourage the conversation about our own bowel health, as this is an often-undiscussed part of our daily wellbeing. The session will provide a clear understanding of what is normal bowel function and what are concerning symptoms, in order to empower individuals and their families to know what to look out for. Bowel conditions are a major issue across New Zealand including bowel cancer, Inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome and cases are rising annually.
