At the forefront of Transparency Built is Managing Director Brook (with Kobe in toe not far behind). Originally from Christchurch, Brook made the move to beautiful Central Otago approximately 5 years ago bringing his vast 12 years+ knowledge of the industry to the region. Here he has built up a reputable construction company on repeat business and references to now be a substantial competitor in the Queenstown and Central Lakes residential construction sector. Brook believes that success starts at the top. This means that all his core beliefs, both morally and ethically, need to be passed down through his staff creating a work environment that his staff want to be in and are willing to produce quality work no matter the project. Transparency, Communication, Diversity and Knowledge are some of the key issues he see’s lacking in the construction sector.
