NorthTec has been delivering education for the people of Tai Tokerau for
over 40 years and continues to be committed to serving our communities.
From our beginnings in 1978 as the Northland Community College, we’ve
grown to become Tai Tokerau’s largest provider of tertiary and vocational
education, with seven degree programmes and more than 100 study
options.
NorthTec in Dargaville sits at the heart of the Kaipara community and provides a warm welcome for students.
With programmes tailored to meet the needs of the local community, the Dargaville centre has a focus on trades and land-based training.
