I founded START Now in 2014 out of a deep desire to help people reach their full potential at work.  We work with individuals to re-invent, pivot, and transform their working lives into higher value and more sustainable, purposeful work.  Our methods are based on Human Centred Design, and using these principles we can help people to connect with new ways of working otherwise unavailable to them.

We also work with companies and organisations to help talent to pivot, change course, and unlock otherwise unseen capability.  Or we can help with outplacement and restructures, with the goal being to improve your employer brand and lower costs.

Our methods are unique, proven, innovative and creative.  We have online options available and can train individuals, groups, and teams in our methodology.
